About this Package

There’s a version of Suzuka most fans only see from a grandstand, and then there’s this. Directly above the F1 team garages, inside the main Pit Building, our Premium Hospitality puts you closer to the sport’s engine room than almost anywhere else on the circuit, looking down the Main Straight as the grid forms and the pack disappears into Turn 1. And in 2027, there’s more of it to watch than ever with Japan hosting its first-ever Formula 1 Sprint Race, an entire extra race layered onto the Grand Prix itself, all from the same seat.

Hospitality runs all day around it, canapés, lite bites and a curated lunch, an open bar, and F1 personalities dropping in throughout the weekend. Friday and Saturday go further still with a walk down the grid, a guided paddock tour, and a photo with the championship trophy, access most fans never get near.

Four nights at the Hilton Nagoya, our welcome function to open the trip, and our team on the ground throughout, so there’s nothing left for you to organise. This is Suzuka’s biggest weekend yet, from as close as a hospitality ticket gets.

- Views of pre-race preparation, the race start, pit lane action and post-race celebrations
- All-day hospitality with canapés, lite bites and a curated lunch, plus an open bar serving beer, wine and soft drinks
- Appearances from key F1 personnel, with TV screens showing the live track feed
- Bleacher-style seating in front of the Hospitality Suite (first come, first served)

A landmark tower hotel in the heart of Sakae, Nagoya’s central shopping and entertainment district, just steps from Fushimi Station and a short walk from Nagoya Castle and Osu Kannon Temple. The hotel’s 28 floors house an indoor pool, tennis courts and a choice of dining rooms spanning teppanyaki, kaiseki and Cantonese cuisine.

Even if you’re not a huge Formula 1 fan, you couldn’t ask for better hosts — and they were even happy to look after the wives while the husbands enjoyed the racing! 😂 They went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcome, comfortable and had everything they needed.

On behalf of the four of us, we honestly cannot thank these two lovely ladies enough. We had the best weekend and they made the experience truly unforgettable.

The Keith Prowse experience was also exceptional from start to finish. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic hospitality experience, and we would most definitely join this wonderful company again.
